Home / Refunds, Withdrawals & Prize Redemption

Refunds and prize redemptions are different

A refund concerns a purchase made under a merchant’s purchase rules. A prize redemption concerns potential awards under a sweepstakes framework. Neither process should be confused with withdrawing funds from a bank account, and EN-US Lotto does not provide any of these services. Shuffle.us terms distinguish purchases of entertainment Gold Coins from the separate promotional Shuffle Cash system. Review the relevant original transaction and official policy before submitting a request.

Gold Coins are not cash balances

According to Shuffle.us published terms, Gold Coins are used for social gaming and have no monetary value or prize-redemption entitlement. Buying Gold Coins does not create a standard withdrawable account balance. The terms describe such purchases as entertainment goods that generally are not redeemable for currency, except where the platform expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires it. Any question about a charge or an exceptional refund should go through the operator’s verified support channel.

Shuffle Cash is subject to separate rules

Shuffle Cash may be obtained through promotional entry methods under the platform’s official sweepstakes framework rather than purchased directly as a cash wallet. The sweepstakes rules explain when game-play winnings may qualify to be redeemed for prizes. Not every promotional allocation is immediately eligible, and play requirements, identity checks and compliance reviews can apply. Do not assume that a displayed number constitutes cash available for immediate payment.

Minimums and verification may apply

The official sweepstakes rules consulted in October 2026 specify a $100 minimum for prize redemption and explain that verification and additional restrictions may apply. These figures can change, and different products or offers may have different conditions. The platform can require account details to match the claimant, and documentation may be requested before a redemption is approved. Consult the current rules at the moment you request a prize rather than relying only on a dated third-party summary.

How to handle a missing or delayed redemption

Check your provider account for instructions, transaction history, confirmation messages and verification requests. Use the platform’s official support channel, and keep a dated record of your inquiry and any responses. Never share your password or one-time code with a third-party publisher. If you suspect a transaction error or unauthorized charge, also consider contacting your financial institution through its legitimate channels. A delayed request is not proof that it has been approved or denied.

Questions EN-US Lotto cannot resolve

We do not receive your transaction information, hold player funds, issue payouts, set redemption thresholds or adjudicate purchase disputes. Your affiliate referral is not a receipt and does not create a payment or refund guarantee. We also do not sell official Lotto tickets, so any questions about government lottery purchases need to go to that authorized lottery provider. For Shuffle.us rules, open its official sweepstakes and terms pages and contact its own support for case-specific assistance.

Reminder: EN-US Lotto is an independent affiliate publisher, not a lottery organizer or gaming provider. Rules and offers may change; check the provider’s current terms.
